Emergency Service
24 hours a day, every day of the year. Our service department is dispatched after normal hours through an automated paging system. Simply call our regular phone number and follow the prompts as directed. Keep your plant ‘on line’ – call us, we’re always available.
Preventative Maintenance
Complete customized preventative maintenance programs are available for your mission critical equipment. We’ll service the entire system or just the equipment you specify. We’ll provide preventative checks as frequently as you wish. It’s our intent to work with you to keep your process heating and control equipment operating at its best.
Inspections and Testing
Periodic inspection and operational check of your burner controls and safety systems is a critical part of a reliable combustion system and a safe work environment. NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) recommends that this service is performed annually for heating plants and semi-annually for process burners.
Our technicians undergo regular training to insure that they are kept up to date on the latest NFPA, FM or IRI recommendations for your combustion equipment. State, local, or insurance company recommended safety inspection, testing, and documentation service is available through the customized preventative maintenance program, or on an 'on demand’ basis.
Instrument Calibration
Our ISA Certified Control System Technicians (CCST) can insure the accuracy of your critical process equipment and provide you with complete documentation including the ‘as found’ and ‘as calibrated’ condition of the instrument. In addition to the reports left at your site, complete calibration records are maintained in our St. Louis Headquarters as well.
Efficiency Analysis
There is not a more cost-effective method to improve efficiency, reduce pollutants, and reinforce the safety of your system than a simple tune-up and efficiency analysis. A comprehensive procedure of stack gas analysis and system adjustment is performed by our service technicians and documented for your records.
Typically, the increase in efficiency more than pays for this service.
Combustion Equipment Commissioning and Start-Up
Our technicians and engineers are familiar with most manufacturers burners as well as most industrial processes. We perform start-ups for a number of original equipment manufacturers as well as directly for users. Our start-up services provide an economical alternative to ‘out of town’ or factory technicians.
Resources & Equipment
Our trained and experienced technicians are equipped with modern well maintained tools and test equipment and arrive at your site in well equipped trucks with common replacement parts ‘on board’ to expedite getting your problem solved quickly and economically.
Continuous training and updating in the latest equipment and techniques is ongoing to insure that your equipment is maintained in the best possible condition. Many of our technicians are CCST certified and the average experience level exceeds 12 years.
All calibration and test equipment is routinely calibrated and documented by a third party to insure NIST traceability.
