If you ask just about anyone who knows Zach McCullough, newly hired regional service supervisor, they’ll tell you he’s always working on something. Whether it’s keeping the service flowing for BDC, or rebuilding his 1935 Ford truck, there’s always a project—there’s always an interesting problem to solve and challenge to meet.
Zach began his career more than a decade ago, recruited right out of school and thrown into the deep end of the boiler industry, before joining BDC, where he spent a large part of his career. After exploring other opportunities within the industry, Zach has returned, ready to apply his knowledge and experience to his new role.
“It wasn’t a difficult decision to return to BDC,” Zach said. “There’s a good culture here—good people. Everyone always seems to have a smile on their faces, and that makes a difference.”
Zach has hit the ground running, filling in for techs, offering customer support and learning the processes and technology necessary to make everyone’s job a little easier. “It’s not about the role, it’s about the job—the end result. It’s about getting it done the right way. The more I help, the better we all live.”
As BDC continues to expand, Zach couldn’t be more excited to grow with the company. He’s looking forward to sharing his knowledge and experience to provide an all around better experience, both for his team, and the customers they serve.
