Vibro-Acoustics Neo+

Neo+ provides high-frequency vibration isolation for mechanical and electrical equipment such as chillers, transformers, etc. Neo+ has been designed to accommodate the most common anchor bolt sizes at the center and corners of the pad. Anchor mounting holes can be created quickly by simply cutting away a thin connective diaphragm.

Spec 1

Spec 2

Neo+ vibration isolation pads offer the highest deflection and shape factor in its category. The maximum deflection of Neo+ is at 25% of its height at 0.22”, and its design deflection is 20% of its height at 0.18” – this allows for better vibration isolation with a single layer. Neo+ has a larger operating range which reduces the risk to consultants.

Spec 3

The pads are made of high-quality and high-strength neoprene rubber at minimum 2750 psi compound tensile strength. At 7/8” thickness, it also has the most amount of rubber compared to pads by others.

Spec 4

NP Black – 40 Durometer NP Green (color coded with stripes) – 60 Durometer Neo+ offers performance for a wide range of load conditions up to 135 psi. Neo+ Black (40 durometer) is applicable to lightweight applications providing a deflection of 0.05 in at just 15 psi!

Spec 5

Various Sizes: Neo+ comes in full 18”x18” sheets. Each full sheet contains 81 of the 2”x2” modules. Standard sizes are shown on datasheets. Non-standard sizes can be easily cut out from a full sheet. Vibro-Acoustics will supply the product either as full sheet or a standard size.
